Shipping within the United States

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to your needs. The delivery method will be selected based on the most convenient option for you, whether it is standard delivery or expedited delivery, based on availability.

We offer three shipping options, from which customers can choose based on availability.

We offer Express, Standard, and Economy shipping.

Customers have 30 days to return the item.

If the return is made before the 15-day deadline, DIORO NYC will offer a return shipping option. However, if the customer returns within 15 days of making the purchase, they must pay the return shipping.

EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND CONTENT USE POLICY

We only accept returns or refunds for products that are defective or do not match the item description.
Requests must be made within the first 3 days of receiving the order.
After this period, returns or refunds are not accepted.

Customers who purchase with the KLARNA payment method and wish to return the item for their own reasons will receive a refund once we receive the item in good condition.
