DIORO NYC Sweepstakes — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. DIORO NYC, LLC, 23 West 47th Street, New York, NY 10036, United States ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
3. How to Enter.
- Purchase Entry: Designated products on dioro.us include a stated number of free promotional sweepstakes entries per unit purchased, at no additional cost. Entry numbers are assigned automatically and confirmed by email.
- Free Entry (AMOE): No purchase necessary. Mail a hand-written 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to: DIORO NYC — Sweepstakes Entry, 23 West 47th Street, New York, NY 10036. One entry per envelope. Free mail-in entries receive the same entry value as one purchased unit.
4. Winner Selection. The winner is selected at random using RANDOM.ORG during a live broadcast on the official DIORO NYC YouTube channel on the date announced on the active sweepstakes page. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize. The prize is described on the active sweepstakes page. No cash alternative except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone and may be announced on Sponsor's channels. If a potential winner cannot be verified or does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General. Entries have no cash value and are non-transferable. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Rolex SA, or Shopify.
