Care Guide

🟡 Care for 10k and 14k Gold

Gold is durable, but not invincible. 10k gold has more alloy (less pure gold) and is harder than 14k gold, which in turn has more shine and value, but retains its value.

Recommendations:

Avoid harsh chemicals.
Perfumes, chlorine, cleaning products, and swimming pools can damage the shine of gold or weaken the solder.

Regular Cleaning

Use warm water with mild soap and a soft-bristled brush (such as a baby brush or toothbrush).

Dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.

Storage

Store pieces separately in cloth bags or cases to avoid scratches.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or very humid places.

Daily Use

Remove clothing to sleep, shower, go to the gym, or carry heavy items that could scratch the gold.

⚪ Care for 925 Silver

*Silver oxidizes easily when exposed to chemicals.

Recommendations:

Avoid moisture and sweat.

Do not wear it while exercising or bathing. Moisture accelerates tarnishing.

Frequent Cleaning

Use a special silver polishing cloth.

For deep cleaning, mix baking soda with water and rub gently with a soft cloth or brush.

Storage

Store each piece in an airtight bag or with anti-tarnish strips to delay tarnishing.

Natural Oxidation

If it darkens, it is not a sign of poor quality, but rather a normal process. You can easily restore the shine with the methods mentioned above.

📌 Additional advice for all pieces:

Take them to a jeweler every 6-12 months for professional cleaning and for checking the settings if they contain stones.
